International Delivery:

For our international customers, we offer fast and reliable delivery services through Fedex and Royal Mail. Your order will be dispatched promptly, and we will provide you with a tracking number via email to keep you informed about the delivery progress.

Import Duties and Taxes Policy for International Orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to your order, and these charges are determined by your country's customs office. Unfortunately, we don't have control over these fees.

To keep things transparent, we want you to know that as the customer, you're responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are separate from your purchase price and shipping fees.

When your order arrives in your country, the customs office will assess the value and calculate any applicable charges. They'll reach out to you for payment details. If you choose not to pay, your order may be returned to us, and return shipping costs may apply.

Please keep in mind that customs procedures vary, so there might be some processing delays.

Important note: If you refuse to pay the import duties and want to return the package, please be aware that it doesn't guarantee a refund. The package must be accepted and import duties paid for first.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a £25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

Returns:

All returns requests must be approved via email before sending back the item. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on earrings unless faulty.
