TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using aarialondon.com and/or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. “Aaria London”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aaria London. “You” and “your” refer to the customer. For any questions, please email orders@aarialondon.com.

ABOUT AARIA LONDON

Aaria London is a jewellery brand specialising in demi-fine and fine jewellery. All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Your order is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example if there is a suspected fraud issue, pricing error or stock problem). If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you.

You confirm that any payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

SHIPPING AND IMPORT DUTIES

Available shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery country.

We do not cover import duties, customs charges, local taxes or brokerage fees for orders shipped to countries outside of the UK, EU and USA. For these destinations, all such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs checks, carrier delays, strikes, bad weather or other events outside our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – 30 DAYS

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges from the date of delivery for most items, provided they are returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original Aaria London packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings (including earring sets) unless the item is faulty on arrival.

For orders from countries outside the UK, EU and USA, all return shipping costs, duties and any associated fees must be paid by the customer.

For UK, EU and USA orders, the return process and any applicable costs are explained on our Returns page or by our customer care team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are sent back without prior notification. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

SOLID GOLD AND MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Solid gold pieces and certain other made-to-order items are made especially for you. These pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty on arrival. Any faults must be reported promptly with clear photos and your order details.

3-YEAR WARRANTY – MANUFACTURING FAULTS ONLY

Our jewellery is covered by a three (3) year warranty against manufacturing faults only, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship where the item has been used and cared for correctly.

The warranty does not cover: general wear and tear, tarnishing or discolouration caused by water, humidity, sweat, cosmetics, skincare, hair products, perfume, chemicals or cleaning agents; damage caused by showering, swimming or exercising in your jewellery; accidental damage such as bending, snagging, dropping, crushing or improper storage; or lost items and missing pieces.

Many issues we see (such as plating wearing off or tarnish) are caused by showering in jewellery or frequent exposure to creams, perfumes and water. These are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty.

To request a warranty assessment, email orders@aarialondon.com with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. We may ask you to return the piece for inspection. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion.

FREE GIFT PROMOTIONS

From time to time we offer free gifts with purchase (for example, over a certain spend or during special promotions). Free gifts are conditional on meeting the qualifying criteria and are not for individual sale or exchange.

If you return all or part of your order and your remaining spend falls below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you must either return the free gift unused and in its original packaging, or keep the gift and have its value deducted from your refund.

Customers cannot return the rest of their order and keep the free gift without the gift value being deducted.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS AND “EMPTY PARCEL” CLAIMS

All orders are picked, packed, weighed and scanned by our fulfilment partners. Orders are shipped using tracked services and, in most cases, signed delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe an item is missing or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and contents.

Claims that a parcel arrived completely empty or that items were missing from a sealed, undamaged shipment are treated very seriously. Because this type of claim is a known scam, we rely on the fulfilment centre’s packing records, weight checks and courier tracking as evidence.

Where there is no evidence of courier damage or tampering, and our packing and weight records show that the correct items were dispatched, we reserve the right not to refund or replace items claimed as missing.

If there is evidence that the parcel was opened or damaged in transit, we will investigate with the courier and handle the case individually.

JEWELLERY CARE

To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products and cleaning agents. Store pieces individually in a dry place, such as a jewellery box or pouch.

Damage or tarnishing caused by not following care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered by our warranty.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product designs, images, logos, branding and content on aarialondon.com are the intellectual property of Aaria London and/or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits or loss of data) arising out of your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability in respect of any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although you may also have rights to bring a claim in your country of residence under local consumer laws.

Counterfeits & The Original Illusion Earrings

Counterfeits are, unfortunately, an ongoing issue in the jewellery world – and Aaria London is no exception. We’ve seen copies of our Illusion Earrings being made and sold by other brands and marketplaces, sometimes even using our product photos and names to appear genuine.

Aaria London is the original creator of the Illusion Earrings concept and designs. Our core Illusion styles (including Rio, Sienna, Paloma and others) are protected by UK registered design rights, and each piece is developed in-house from sketch to CAD to sample by our small design team. The shapes, proportions and way the earrings “cheat” extra piercings are all part of our original design language, which has taken years to refine.

Counterfeit versions are not produced by our trusted partners and do not meet our quality or safety standards. They often cut corners on metal content, plating thickness and stone setting, which can make them prone to snapping and irritation. Many low-cost copies are made with high levels of copper and nickel; because earrings sit so close to the skin, this can lead to discolouration, allergic reactions or other potential health risks.

To make sure you’re buying an authentic Aaria piece, we always recommend purchasing directly from aarialondon.com or from our official stockists listed on our website. If you’re unsure whether a website or product is genuine, or if you suspect you’ve found counterfeit Aaria Illusion Earrings, please contact our customer care team with screenshots and links so we can look into it.

If you believe you have unknowingly purchased a counterfeit item and want to take it further, you may also wish to seek guidance from your local consumer protection or trading standards authority, who can advise on your options in your country.

Black Friday Promotions

BLACK FRIDAY AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS (UP TO 30% OFF FULL PRICE ITEMS)

During Black Friday, Cyber Weekend and other promotional periods, we may offer discounts of up to 30% off full price items.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, these promotions:

Apply only to full price products. Sale or already-discounted items are excluded.

Do not usually apply to solid gold or made-to-order pieces, which remain full price and final sale.

Cannot be used together with any other discount code, voucher or offer.

Cannot be applied to previous orders, gift cards or shipping costs.

Any refund for purchases made during a promotion will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount, not the original full price. If you return part of your order and your remaining spend no longer qualifies for a promotion or free gift, the value of the promotion or free gift may be deducted from your refund, in line with our Returns and Free Gift Promotions sections.

To ensure you are purchasing genuine Aaria London pieces, we recommend buying only from www.aarialondon.com or from authorised stockists listed on our website. If you suspect a website is using our content or designs without permission, please contact us at legal@aarialondon.com so we can investigate.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping on all UK orders and free shipping worldwide on orders over £250.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (other than solid gold). Please allow 1-2 days for UK delivery and 3-14 days for worldwide orders.

Please note international orders may be subject to additional import charges, once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

I HAVE PRE-ORDERD ITEMS IN MY ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

When you place an order that includes pre-order items, we ship your complete order once all items are in stock. This policy helps us ensure that you receive all your desired items together, reducing the environmental impact of shipping and offering a streamlined experience. If you want your ready to order pieces to arrive first, we kindly ask you place a separate order. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this process!

DO YOU COVER IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES?

We want to make sure you have all the information you need when ordering our jewellery to be delivered outside of the UK , USA & EU. Here's a quick rundown of import duties and taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to your order, and these charges are determined by your country's customs office. Unfortunately, we don't have control over these fees.

Important note: If you refuse to pay the import duties and want to return the package, please be aware that it doesn't guarantee a refund. The package must be accepted and import duties paid for first.

Afterward, you can request a return by emailing us at orders@aarialondon.com if you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a £25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We aim to dispatch all orders (other than solid gold) within 1-2 days. Please allow 1-2 days for UK delivery, 3-5 days for standard EU and USA delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for worldwide deliveries.

Solid Gold items are made to order (just for you!) so please allow 4 weeks for dispatch.

WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF THE JEWELLERY?

Our jewellery is made from recycled 925 Sterling Silver with an extra thick gold plating of either 14k or 18k Gold. We also offer 9k and 14k Solid Gold made to order pieces.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SILVER & GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY?

-Please remove jewellery before bathing, swimming & exercising
-Store jewellery pieces individually in a box or pouch
- Store in a dark & dry place when not using
-Avoid exposure to perfume, body lotions, makeup, hand sanitiser and harsh chemicals

WHICH PIECES ARE WATERPROOF?

Only our solid gold pieces are waterproof and safe for everyday water exposure.

For sterling silver and gold vermeil/plated styles, we do not recommend water exposure. We use a thicker-than-average 2.5-micron gold plating for durability, but regular contact with water (showers, swimming, workouts, steam/saunas) will still shorten the life and lustre of the finish.

Quick care guide (silver & vermeil/plated):

-Remove before showering, swimming, sweating or applying lotions, perfumes, hairspray.

-After wear, wipe with a soft, dry cloth and let pieces air-dry fully.

-Store individually in a pouch/box, keep away from humidity.

-Avoid contact with cleaning products and hand sanitiser.

-For sterling silver, use a silver polishing cloth (avoid liquid dips on plated items).

-Put jewellery on last and take it off first.

WHAT IS COVERED BY YOUR THREE YEAR WARRANTY?

At Aaria London, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a three (3) year warranty on all jewellery items against manufacturing faults.

Warranty coverage

For a period of three years from the date of purchase, our jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, where the item has been used and cared for correctly.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or provide store credit for the item at our discretion. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of similar value or store credit.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear

Tarnishing or discolouration caused by water, humidity, sweat, cosmetics, skincare, hair products, perfume, chemicals or cleaning agents

Damage caused by showering, swimming or exercising in your jewellery

Accidental damage such as bending, snagging, dropping, crushing or improper storage

Items that have been modified or repaired by a third party without our prior authorization

Important information

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to validate any warranty claim.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Any modifications or repairs carried out by third parties without our authorization may void the warranty.

WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY IS FAULTY?

If you receive a faulty item by accident, or their are any issues with your jewellery please send us an email orders@aarialondon.com and provide us with pictures within 14 days of your order arriving.

We will then advise you to follow the returns procedure where we can offer you with a refund or exchange.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Pierced earring returns – health & hygiene

For the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings, even if the customer states they have not been worn or tried on.

The only exception is where the earrings are confirmed to be faulty. In this case, please email orders@aarialondon.com with clear photos and your order number, and our team will assess the issue in line with our warranty and returns policy.

International returns

For orders shipped outside of the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our return warehouse locations are in the UK, Netherlands and USA; our team will confirm the correct return address when you contact us.

To initiate an international return for a refund, please email orders@aarialondon.com with your name, order number and reason for the return.

Important note on import duties and refused packages

For international orders, if you choose not to pay local import duties and refuse the package, this does not guarantee a refund.


The package must first be accepted and any import duties paid.


After the package has been delivered, you can then request a return by emailing orders@aarialondon.com.

Once we receive and process your eligible return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method in accordance with our policy.
