Materials and Care
Every Aaria London piece is made to be worn, not saved for special occasions. Our gold pieces are 14K gold vermeil or 14K gold plated over recycled sterling silver, and our silver is recycled sterling silver.
To keep yours looking its best: put your jewellery on last, after perfume and hand cream, and take it off before swimming, showering or the gym. Store pieces separately in the pouch they arrived in so they do not scratch each other. A soft dry cloth is all you need to bring the shine back.
3 Year Warranty
Every piece comes with a 3 year warranty, because we would rather you wore it than worried about it. If a clasp fails, a stone works loose or a setting gives way through no fault of your own, we will put it right: a repair, a replacement, or store credit of the same value if the piece is no longer available.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover general wear and tear, or damage from improper care: perfume and hand cream on the plating, chlorine or salt water, scratches from pieces stored loose together, knocks, accidental damage or loss.
To make a claim, email orders@aarialondon.com with your order number and clear photographs of the fault, and we will take it from there.
Delivery and Returns
Free UK standard delivery on orders over £130. Delivery is also free to the EU over €200, the USA over $300, and most other countries over £250. Your threshold is shown at checkout.
UK and USA 3 to 5 working days. EU 5 to 8 days. Rest of the world 7 to 10 days. Solid gold is made to order and takes 4 to 6 weeks to dispatch. Birthstone rings take 3 to 4 weeks.
No customs charges in the UK, the EU or the USA. We hold stock in all three, so your order ships from your own region and there is nothing to pay when it arrives.
Orders to the rest of the world ship from the UK and may be charged import duties and taxes by your own country's customs office. Those are set by them, not by us, and are paid by you when your parcel arrives.
If something is not right, you have 30 days to return it, unworn and in its original packaging. Personalised and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Love my earrings!! They are so unique and extra but still have the perfect size and timeless design to be my everyday pieces.
Very happy to finally find the look of a rose gold illusion earring. Especially since it is a huggie style that clicks together (personal preference that I either want it fully locked in or a flat back) I get tons of compliments on the earrings.

I love them but they fall out sometimes. The clasps are not very strong so I have to manipulate the metal. I'm afraid I will break them if I do it too often. For the price I feel like they should have a firmer clasp.

The earring was lovely but the clasp was really loose and the third time I wore the earring it fell out and I lost it! So that was a very expensive purchase for almost £100. I am saving up to buy a replacement and hoping this time the clasp is stronger.
One of the Palima earrings arrived broken and the other one would not clasp into place. In contrast the Lynx earrings were perfect
Shipping experience was poor. It was sent our local post office where I had to collect. I would have expected home delivery given the expensive price tag.

Love the design, although a little fiddly to put in, the clasp however is the only real thing that lets this piece down for me as it’s unreliable as it keeps coming undone throughout usage, despite that I would definitely buy more if this problem gets resolved

Absolutely love them! Delicate, not heavy and sit perfectly on my small earlobes.
I bought the 3 point gold earrings for my wife, she loved them as they had a unique design and her comment was "I don't need to get that 3rd piercing to wear this style anymore", and thank God for that.
