SOLID GOLD JEWELLERY CARE
- Everyday wear: 14k Solid Gold is designed to be every day, but a little care keeps it looking brand new.
- Remove before swimming & hot tubs: solid gold can handle occasional water exposure, but we recommend removing before swimming (especially pools), hot tubs and saunas to protect the finish from chlorine/chemicals and to avoid accidental loss.
- Remove before exercising & sleeping: to prevent snagging, impact and loosening over time.
- Avoid chemicals: keep away from perfume, hairspray, body lotions, makeup, hand sanitiser, chlorine and household cleaning products.
- Store individually: keep pieces separate in a box or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.
- Cleaning: wash gently with lukewarm water + mild soap, use a soft toothbrush around the setting, rinse, then dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Polishing: use a soft jewellery cloth to restore shine (avoid abrasive cleaners or dips).
Diamonds are extremely durable, but they can still chip if knocked - treat your pieces with care and they’ll last beautifully for years.
